We're talking hours and hours spent digging through laws, plans, and forms for each project. But here's the thing: shouldn't the focus at the start have been on maximizing your plot’s potential, not drowning in paperwork? We chatted with loads of developers and guess what? About 70% of land analyses took way too much time. That's where we thought, "Hey, we can fix this!"

Conclusion
As a planner, I wanted a tool like this for a long time. It made me happy that others in the industry also found it helpful. The challenge we faced was that Switzerland has a real micromanagement system in construction law. This made it very difficult for us to evaluate the data in a standardized way. That's why we started working with a Swiss university to develop an AI model that could evaluate the data even more precisely in order to deliver very good results.
But the ending was characterized by unexpected twists and turns that were challenging and put Conarch to the test. Despite my best efforts, circumstances arose that made it inevitable to make this difficult decision to close Conarch. Despite all the hurdles, I can look back on this educational journey with pride. Conarch was the best study program I could have ever done!
