For over 8 years, I’ve been captivated by the creation of living spaces. Every building tells its own story—from the first ideas to the final realization. My mission is to help people turn their visions into reality, guiding them every step of the way.

With experience in planning and developing over 100 projects, I focus daily on how we can push the boundaries for our clients in the real estate sector.

The Luka Dosen Labs

Over the past few years, I've learned how to establish a company. Sometimes it went well, sometimes not so much. With my own lab, I've created a smart office where I can test innovative business ideas. The full focus is on solving customer problems without always having to establish internal infrastructures.

Project Manager Architecture Outsourcing

plan4you GmbH

During my time at PLAN4 Architekten, an employee decided that he wanted to set up a planning office in faraway Vietnam. Thanks to this outsourcing model, I was able to plan larger projects even faster. I held meetings with clients, offered projects and planed them at around 30% more favorable conditions than other architectural firms for the same quality.

Conarch GmbH

Conarch helped project developers to quickly and clearly evaluate relevant information on a property in order to plan their future property projects more efficiently and with greater legal certainty. As they previously had to read through all the information relevant to building law individually on various authority websites or documents before each project, we wanted to use Conarch to bring this information together in one source. The aim was to reduce the time-consuming research process from several hours to a few minutes of reading. It was a B2B SaaS web app for the Swiss property market.

Architectural Draftsman & Project Manager Architecture

After starting out as a structural draftsman, I became a project manager only a few months later and have since been involved in a wide variety of architectural projects. I've planned everything from designs to finished construction plans and realized that some of the workflows are inefficient and could be improved.
