If you're reading this, you might be wondering what I'm doing here. I often meet people I've never seen before, and I always think about how to introduce myself. It's not always easy to know what to say, especially when you don't know much about the other person. Since I'm involved in some projects, I wanted to create my own space where I can share these with others.

Focus on Work

There was a time when I was really focused on work, hardly taking any time to reflect. Over time, I noticed that my attention and energy levels were dropping. I used to proudly share my work results on LinkedIn. It's more about showing off than anything else, but that's just how social media works. Everyone wants to show their best side.

A Reflective Interview

A few months ago, I had a small interview. It was a look back at what has happened since Conarch won 1st place in the young entrepreneur award (Jungunternehmerpreis Graubünden). The focus wasn't so much on the achievements but on the journey there. I realized that I hadn't spent enough time thinking about it. I started to delve deeper and learned a lot, including things I might have done differently. Since then, I've been capturing these reflections in some of my posts. I began to get feedback from people I had never met. They shared their thoughts with me, which I found much more interesting than just getting a few likes.
